Due to the digital and personalized nature of our astrology and numerology reports, all sales are considered final. Once a report has been created and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds except where required by applicable law.
If something goes wrong

We will work to resolve any issues quickly and fairly, including correcting mistakes or redelivering your report if needed.

Chargebacks or fraudulent claims may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
